Remote Weather Station with Solar Power Supply and Long Range Transmitter
This portable, wireless weather station uses a fully integrated remote sensor unit to transmit weather data to either a PC laptop, workstation, or hard-mounted stand alone display. The remote sensor unit mounts via a universal tripot/mast assembly and features a solar panel to provide its own power supply. The stand alone receiver unit features a large, easy-to-read digital readout panel that displays wind direction, max/min temperature, windchill, rainfall (0.01" increments), barometric pressure and wind speed. A convenient "automatic" mode changes readings every four seconds. Additional receiver units may be used in other locations.
